Rich is a husband to his wonderful wife, Carol. They have two children, Hope and Paige. Rich grew up in Baltimore. He has spent most of his adult life here on the Eastern Shore, where he spent 14 years in the telecommunications industry working for Bell Atlantic and AT&T. He has spent the last eight years in full time parish ministry in the United Methodist Church working with young families and senior adults. Rich is presently appointed to St. Matthew's By-The-Sea with a passion to launch Bayside Chapel. What excites Rich most in life is when someone turns their life over to Jesus Christ and to watch the transformation occur. He communicates in an authentic and heart-felt manner, and challenges the followers of Christ to share the grace of Jesus with all of humankind.
Rich obtained his undergraduate degree, a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in marketing, from the University of Baltimore. He holds a Master of Divinity from Lancaster Theological Seminary in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
 Pastor Sally Stewart

Sally was born and raised in Seaford, DE. and graduated from the University of Delaware with a degree in English/Communication. For 21 years, she worked in radio, newspaper and promotional advertising in Delaware, Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She has been involved in musical activities all her life with a variety of choirs and groups. As a member of a praise team from 1998 to the present, she has been the praise team leader since 2005. Her passion is helping people grow in their connection with the Lord through activities, study and worship. Sally has 2 wonderful grown daughters, and three incredible grandchildren.
Currently she is attending Lancaster Theological Seminary with the goal of becoming ordained in the United Methodist Church.
